We have plenty of fantastic outfits filling our stock rails at Head Office. We choose to operate on a small scale, offering a personal and boutique shopping experience. Rather than displaying hundreds of looks, we are about top quality and carefully put together outfits rather than quantity. Where do we find our clothes?
One Off dedicates itself to bringing you only the highest quality second hand and vintage clothing. No one wants to wear clothes that have seen better days - we make sure you will only be getting the best quality second hand pieces. Read on here to learn about why we love second hand clothes.
The rest of our clothing is brand new, unworn and straight from the High Street. By mixing the two we create looks that make the best of both worlds - offering outfits that are not worn out, but can instead be worn anywhere.
We want you to be happy with what you're buying, and will answer all your questions about any of our items (measurements, fabric content etc) before you spend with us. Contact Josie with any queries.
Sizing
One Off aims to provide outfits for all sizes and shapes - our models are only a guideline. Please look carefully at the description of clothing on each outfit page for specific information on sizing, styling tips and ways to wear your potential new garments. Everyone CAN look great, so if you are worried about how to wear something, or need exact measurements, please get in touch.

To celebrate the launch of One Off, we are offering FREE POST AND PACKAGING within the UK for a limited period. There's really no excuse - save time and money with us!
Returns
One Off offers a full refund within two weeks of purchase. After that, a gift receipt will be given. Please contact us with any queries.
